It is Roy Mustang and Risa Hawkeye from Fullmetal Alchemist. I really like how this one turned out. I just finished drawing it like ten minutes ago too and it took me less then a hour. Of course I used my new pens which are sadly running out of ink. The only thing I wish I could of changed would be how I did the rain(or maybe I should of added less rain lines or some thing). Darn to bad I can't erase pen. Also I think I drew Risa to short so lets say they are just not walking side by side.
